How do I make my Webmail Messages Plain text?

There are two different ways you can do this depending on whether you wish to make this the default, or only change the characteristics of one message.

If you want to make “messages as plain text” your default setting then you will need to click “Personal Settings” on the top right of your webmail interface and choose “composing messages” from the subsequent left hand menu. Ensure that the “Compose HTML Messages” box is unticked and save your updates using the “Save” button.

If you only want to change this setting for the email that you are currently writing, click the “Create New Message” button as usual and use the drop down box on the bottom right hand side to choose the editor type you require. The interface will then change accordingly.
