How can I add a signature in Webmail?

If you have your mailbox configured with a mail client most will allow you to configure a default signature that you can include on all sent messages. Our Webmail has the facility to do this too so you can include one even when not using a mail client!

To configure a signature against your email address click “Personal Settings” on the top right hand side of your Webmail interface and then choose “Identities” from the tabbed options on the top left. Click on and enter your required signature into the “Signature” field. Once you are happy with your changes click the “Save” button to finalise.
