How do I transfer global domains (.com .net .org .info .biz) away from Domainmonster.com?
You will need to contact the registrar to whom you wish to transfer your domain name, and ask them to initiate the transfer request(s) for you. Make sure that your domains are unlocked and that you have access to the admin contact email account registered with your domains.
The new registrar may require the domain (EPP) Auth-Code; you can retrieve this from your control panel by selecting the relevant domain and clicking the 'Manage' button. From the central menu select 'Auth Code'.
