If you receive any communication from a company called Domain Registry of America (or any other email or postal communications about which you are suspicious) concerning the renewal of your domain, please be aware that responding to these renewal notices could result in your domain being transferred away from Domainmonster.com to the Domain Registry of America (or other registrar). This will result in a substantially higher renewal charges for your domain.
Domainmonster.com will always contact you directly regarding the renewal of your domain. If you receive any emails or letters about which you are suspicious, or if you have any questions to do with renewal scams, please contact the Domainmonster.com customer support team who will be happy to assist you.
