How do I add an Email address to my whitelist?
You can tell your POP3 mailbox that all the Emails you receive from a certain Email address are legitimate (not spam).
You can manage your allow whitelist from two locations, the first being the configuration Email sent to you at the time of purchase, and secondly from the Webmail interface.
Select Allow/Deny from the menu, enter the Email address into the “Add Entry” field and click “Add>>”. Any Email from this address will now be placed directly into your inbox and won’t be quarantined as possible spam.
