How do I add an Email address to my Safe Senders List?
If you wish to add an email address to your Safe Senders list you can do so through your Domainmonster control panel! Simply follow the easy steps below:
- Login to your account at www.domainmonster.com/login
- Manage the domain that the email address is based upon by clicking it on the right hand side of your members area and then clicking the "Manage" button.
- Choose "Mailboxes and Email Forwarding" from the central menu.
- You will then see a list of all the mailboxes that you have against the domain. From here you can either choose the "Domain Safe/Blocked" option to add an address to the safe senders for ALL mailboxes against the domain, or click the little "STOP" sign next to each mailbox name and configure them individually.
- When you choose one of the above options you will see an area where you can add email addresses to "Safe Senders" Adding @thedomain.com will whitelist anything@thedomain.com from sending to your mailbox.
Make sure you then finalise your changes by clicking the "Update" button at the bottom of the page.
