What are my options for SPAM delivery?
You have three different options for how we treat SPAM coming into your inbox.
1. File the SPAM in the Junk folder in your Webmail. This keeps all of your SPAM separate from your genuine emails and ensures that they are not downloaded by your desktop mail client or phone. However, if you find that legitimate email is being caught up in the SPAM filter you will need to login to Webmail to check your SPAM folder.
2. Delete messages flagged as SPAM. If you are finding that you are being bombarded with SPAM and the messages are taking up a large portion of your mail quota we can simply delete messages that are flagged as SPAM so they never have to get in your way.
3. Tag the subject line with SPAM. If you would prefer that your local systems dealt with SPAM we can continue to deliver messages that we have identified as Junk but append the word SPAM to the subject line to warn you. You can then set up a rule in Outlook to ensure that any messages that do get delivered with the tag in the subject are diverted straight to your local SPAM folder.
