What is a quarantined message?
A quarantined message is one which is suspected of being spam and which has been placed in your quarantined messages folder.
Quarantined messages can be managed from two locations, the first being the configuration email sent to you at the time of purchase, and second from the Webmail interface.
Select “Quarantine” from the menu. From the dropdown list you can select to either view all quarantined messages or on day by day basis.
If an email has been quarantined you have three options, “Release”, “Delete” or “Always Allow”.

The reports service allows you to configure and schedule when you would like to receive a report and the level of detail within the report.
