How do I change my Mailbox Password?
If you wish to change the password on your email account you will need access to your Domainmonster account. If you are struggling please contact our friendly support team on 0845 366 2467.
When you are logged into your Domainmonster account, manage the domain on the right hand side of your control panel by clicking the domain name, and then the "Manage" button, so you see your central menu. Select “Mailboxes and Email Forwarding” from the list of options and click on the mailbox name, e.g. “youname@”. You will then see two password fields where you can enter and confirm your new password. Once you are sure that the two passwords match, click the “Set Password” button to finalise your changes.
