Windows Mail - POP3
1. Launch Windows Mail
2. Select "Tools" then "Accounts…"
3. Click on "Add…"
4. Choose "E-mail Account" from the Account Type screen
5. Type your Name in the "Display Name" field
6. Type your full new E-mail address in the "E-mail address:" field (you@yourdomain.com)
7. Choose "POP3" as the "Incoming e-mail server type:"
8. Enter mail.yourdomain.com into the "Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server:" field
9. Enter mail.yourdomain.com into the "Outgoing e-mail server (SMTP) name:" field
10. Ensure that the "Outgoing server requires authentication" checkbox is checked then click "Next"
11. Type your full new E-mail address into the "E-mail username:" field (you@yourdomain.com)
12. Enter your password in the "Password:" field
Congratulations! Click "Finish" to exit the Accounts Wizard. Email set-up is now complete
