Microsoft Outlook Express - IMAP
1. Launch Outlook Express
2. Select "Tools" then "Accounts…"
3. Click on "Add" and select "Mail"
4. Enter your name into the "Display Name" field and click "Next"
5. Type your E-mail address in the "E-mail addrress" field and click "Next"
6. Select "IMAP" from the drop down menu
7. Enter mail.yourdomain.com into the "Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server:" field
8. Enter mail.yourdomain.com into the "Outgoing mail server (SMTP) server:" field and click "Next"
9. Type your full new E-mail address into the "Account name:" field (you@yourdomain.com)
10. Enter your password in the "Password:" field and click "Next"
11. Congratulations, all the information required has now been entered click "Finish"
12. If the "Internet Accounts" box does not appear click "Tools" then "Accounts…"
13. Select the "Mail" tab and select your account. Click on "Properties"
14. Select the "Servers" tab and ensure that the "My server requires authentication" box is ticked
15. Click the "Settings…" button and ensure that "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" is selected then click "OK"
