Microsoft Outlook 98/2000

Open Microsoft Outlook, click the "Tools" menu, then click "Accounts".

Click on the "Add " button, then "Mail".

Enter a display name. Click "Next >".

Enter your new email address. Click "Next".

Select "POP3" and enter mail.yourdomain.com as both the incoming and outgoing servers. Click "Next".

Enter your email address in the account name and your new POP account password. "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)" must be unchecked. Click Next >"

Select your internet connection type. Click "Next>"

Click "Finish"
