Entourage for Mac - POP3

1. Open Entourage and click the "Tools" menu, then click "Accounts"



2. Click the "Mail" tab, then the "New" button



3. Enter your display name, click ">"



4. Select "I already have an E-mail address that I'd like to use"

5. Enter the POP Email address. Click ">"



6. Select "POP3"

7. Enter mail.yourdomain.com as both the Incoming and Outgoing mail servers. Click ">"



Enter "Account ID" (your email address) and password. Click ">"



Enter an account name and click "Finish"



Select the new account and click "Edit"



Click on the "Click here for advanced sending options" button



Check the "SMTP requires authentication" checkbox



Click "OK"
