Entourage 2008 - POP3
1. Replace "yourdomain.com" with your own domain name in all cases. Open Entourage, click on the "Tools" menu, then click on "Accounts".
2. Click the "Mail"tab, then click "New".
3. Enter your full email address in the "Email Address" field. Then click on the "Configure Account Manually" button
4. Select "POP" from the "Account Type" dropdown. Click "OK".
5. Enter a name for this email account in the "Account Name" field.
6. Enter your name and full email address in the "Name" and "E-mail address" field.
7. Enter your full email address in the "Account ID" field. In the "POP server" field enter "mail.yourdomain.com" and enter your password into the relevant box.
8. Enter "mail.yourdomain.com" into the "SMTP server" field in the "Sending mail" section. Your receiving (incoming) and sending (outgoing) mail servers should both be the same addresses.
9. Below the "SMTP server input box, click on the "Click here for advanced sending options" button. Tick "SMTP server requires authentication" and tick "Use same settings as receiving mail server".
7. Your email account will now be configured and appear in your "Accounts" pane.
