What do I need to be eligible to apply during Sunrise?
Owners and licensees of trademarks registered with national effect are eligible. Trademarks must have been applied for prior to May 30th 2008 and registered prior to the date that the Sunrise application is submitted.
You will also need to supply the following information with your application:
- The Registered Trademark
- Registration Number
- Registration Country
- Applicant Capacity (Owner, Licensee, Asignee)
