What is the Nexus Contact Information for?
All .US registrants must provide answers to the two Nexus Information questions. These questions are to " Demonstrate real and substantial lawful contacts with, or lawful activities in, the United States of America"
These questions are intended to ensure that only individuals or organisations that have "a substantive lawful connection to the US" can register .US domain names.
You must make sure that you keep this information up to date. If you have never registered a .US domain previously with Domainmonster.com, we will ask you these questions at the Checkout stage. Otherwise, you can ammend the details at any time through the "Modify Registration Data" section in your domain's Control Panel.
You may be contacted by the .US registry in due course as they carry out spot-checks on their domains. They may ask you to prove your answers to the questions are correct, or update the answers to fit your current situation.
