How will the registry communicate with applicants regarding the auctions?

All communication regarding .me domain name auctions will be sent from: support@auctions.domain.me

The following email messaging will be used.

User Account Creation
To: Applicant
An auction ID will be provided along with a link to reset a new password. You will use this to set up your account in the auction system. Information about the date and time of your auction(s) will be sent separately.

Password Reset
To: Applicant
You will be given link to complete your password reset. Once complete, you will be fully authenticated.
You will be able to designate an additional notification e-mail address to which all applicant e-mail messages will be copied. This can be your representative or attorney, or whomever you like.

Auctions Starting
To: Applicant
CC: The registrar you used to apply for the domain.
List of domains you applied for that are stated to start in the next auction, along with appropriate start times. You should receive 72 hours notice prior to auction start.

Auction Extended (if relevant)
To: Registrant
CC: The registrar you used to apply for the domain.
Will note new auction ending time along with a brief explanation of the 24-hr extension policy.

Auction Won
To: Registrant
CC: The registrar you used to apply for the domain.
Will include domain name and final auction-ending price, along with instructions on how to log in to finish the purchase.
At the end of each auction, the Registry will review the final disposition of all auctions. Failed auctions, fraud, and payment defaults will be dealt with per the Auction Rules.

Auction Ended
To: Registrants who did not win the auction
CC: The registrar you used to apply for the domain.
Show domain name, time the auction ended, and ending price.

Purchase Receipt
To: Registrant
CC: The registrar you used to apply for the domain.
Standard receipt for auction purchase; but will not contain payment details.
