How long will the auction run for?
All .Me auctions will start on either a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday and is set to run for an initial period of 3 days. .
If there is a bid for an auction on the final day, the auction will continue to run beyond the initial 3 days. An auction can only close when there has not been a change in the bid for 24 hours. This ensures that bidders from all time zones around the world have the opportunity to respond to an outbid message before the auction close.
Likewise, if there has not been a change in the auction for your domain name for 24 hours, the auction will close, even if the auction only lasts a couple of days.
