Why does my Open Registration Pre-Order no longer show in my account?

After you place your Pre-Order for the Open Registration phase we will be periodically checking the state of this order.

Should someone place a Landrush Application for the same domain, your Open Registration Pre-Order will be cancelled. Equally, if the domain becomes registered (due to a Sunrise application being successful) your Pre-Order will also be cancelled.

We will only ever cancel a Pre-Order should there be no chance of us getting the domain for you at the Open Registration launch. To give yourself a better chance of getting the name, consider placing a Landrush Application
